Our staff stays current with industry trends by attending regular training seminars and trade shows, and our 35+ years experience in commercial property management has demonstrated the ability to find and execute the optimal, comprehensive strategy for our clients. Our staff is available 24/7 in the event of an emergency and is equipped to handle legal issues should the need arise.
Property Inspections
KNM Properties makes regular property inspections to assure any maintenance issues that may arise are addressed immediately. We believe every owner deserves to have their property in the best hands and to feel confident it's being taken care of by a company who truly cares about the property as if it were their own.
