Mark Nicol is a licensed Real Estate Agent, a native Napan, and recently retired from the Vallejo Police Department.  Mark began his law enforcement career with the Napa County Sheriff's Office, then moved on to the Vallejo Police Department where he retired after nearly 30 years of public service. During his time at Vallejo PD, Mark specialized in fraud investigations involving business, banking, construction, loan, and real estate fraud.  He was also responsible for Police Facilities Management and supervising other long-term city-wide security projects that required a close working relationship with public works, planning, building code enforcement, and numerous private vendors and contractors.  His many years in public service have given him the skill set to effectively work with people and to use creative methods to resolve any issues that may arise in an efficient manner.

Mark is responsible for the on-site maintenance at the properties and also assists with oversight of construction projects and third-party vendors.  Mark is familiar with schematic design and CAD drawings and utilizes several software programs such as Yardi Mobile Maintenance, MS Visio, and Blu Beam Review to provide a detailed approach to tracking maintenance issues and providing design work and direct feedback to construction-related projects.
